Dining Room

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, our dining room has three delicious and varied menus: a new bistro menu, a table d’hôte menu that changes depending on the fresh produce available, and, in season, our traditional ‘ragout de pattes de cochon’ (pig’s feet stew) and our delicious homemade ‘cipaille’ (a multilayered meat and potato pie).

Our spacious dining room can accommodate up to 100 people. Menus are available for large groups with prior reservation.

Take advantage of the incredible view of the Chic-Choc Mountains while sipping a cocktail. Our selection of spirits and wine menu will certainly give you something to think about.

The bar is open from 11 AM.
